Performance and Capability
The 2027 Subaru Getaway delivers the strongest performance of any production Subaru to date. Long-range models utilize dual electric motors that generate a combined 420 horsepower, helping this three-row SUV accelerate from zero to 60 mph in under five seconds.
Standard Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive, 8.3 inches of ground clearance, and X-MODE® Dual-Mode with Snow/Dirt and Deep Snow/Mud settings help provide confident traction in changing weather and road conditions. When properly equipped, the Getaway is also capable of towing up to 3,500 pounds, making it a practical companion for trailers, camping gear, and outdoor recreation.
Range and Charging
The Subaru Getaway draws power from a 95.8-kWh battery that delivers a manufacturer-targeted driving range of more than 300 miles. When connected to a compatible DC fast charger, the battery can recharge from approximately 10% to 80% in around 30 minutes under ideal conditions.
The 2027 Getaway includes a North American Charging Standard (NACS) charging port, giving drivers convenient access to an expansive public charging network, including Tesla Superchargers throughout North America. It also features a battery preconditioning system, which helps optimize charging performance during colder temperatures, like winter in Yorktown Heights.
Design
The Subaru Getaway combines rugged SUV proportions with contemporary electric vehicle styling. An illuminated six-star Subaru emblem, distinctive signature headlights, and sculpted bodywork create a bold appearance, while flush surfaces improve aerodynamic efficiency. Most trims also feature sturdy ladder-style roof rails, making it easy to bring bikes, cargo carriers, and other adventure gear along for the journey.
Interior and Features
Designed with busy families in mind, the Subaru Getaway offers flexible seating configurations for up to seven occupants, or six when equipped with second-row captain's chairs. One-touch second-row folding seats simplify access to the third row, and the power-folding third row quickly expands the cargo area whenever additional storage is needed.
Cargo capacity measures 15.9 cubic feet behind the third row and 45.6 cubic feet behind the second. When your Cortlandt Manor adventures require even more storage, you can fold all rear seats to open up 80.6 cubic feet.
