Automobile service is deemed an "essential business" and remote sales through our Online Showroom are permitted. Customers are welcome to shop from home any time. Our online showroom is open 24/7.  Accordingly, the Service Department at our dealership is also 100% fully operational. The automotive industry has created incredible financial incentives to help offset the economic impact of the Coronavirus and our staff is available to assist with sales through our Online Showroom.  We are also offering curbside pickup or home delivery to permit you to take advantage of these amazing offers in a protected manner. Our Service Department is currently offering COMPLIMENTARY pick up, drop off and post service interior sanitizing for many of your service needs.  We are committed to the health and safety of our customers, employees and vendor partners and have implemented the following enhanced policies and procedures for the protection of all of us:   

• Enhanced our cleaning, disinfecting and hygiene protocols across our dealership and increased the frequency as well with a focus on high-touch areas like door handles, table surfaces, service counters.   
  
• Provided additional hand sanitizer stations throughout the dealership in both public and non-public areas.   
  
• Transitioning from water coolers to bottled water for the time being.   
  
• Increased use of gloves by staff where appropriate.   
  
• Requiring any employee or vendor with cold or flu-like symptoms to stay home and seek medical care.
• Sanitizing and thoroughly cleaning all customer service cars and loaner cars prior to pickup or delivery.

Our staff is strictly adhering to the CDC recommendations, are carefully practicing "social distancing" and ask that you not be offended when a staff member acts accordingly.  We promise to continue to deliver warm and friendly service with a smile.  We are very serious about the health of the community, our customers and our staff, will continue to regularly monitor this situation and adjust policies and procedures at our dealership for the benefit of the health of all we have the privilege to come in contact with during these trying times.
